To ensure a smooth and timely cookie pickup experience, please review the following guidelines:

Pickup Time: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals can disrupt our schedule and affect the quality of your order and others.
Payment: Have your payment ready at the time of pickup. No payment=No cookies & Cinnamon rolls. This helps us expedite the process and reduce wait times.
No Late Pickups: If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. After 15 mins with no notice, your order will be canceled or rescheduled.
Double-Check Your Order: Once you leave, all sales are final (unless it my mistake, of course we got you !)
Order Holding: We hold cookie orders for a limited time only. Failure to pick up your order within the designated window may lead to cancellation without a refund.
